The reception

The reception is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Check in time begins at 12h00 and check out time goes until 11h30 am during busy season. We can keep your luggage safe if needed. Our receptionists are permanently around both day and night for all your needs. A welcome cocktail waits your arrival. A bottle of fresh water is in your fridge.

Our catering

Breakfast is composed of the following : coffe, tea or chocolate, fruit juice, bread, butter, jam or honey fruits. The meal includes an entrée, a main and a dessert. Ordering is done in advance according to our proposal card to ensure fresh products are bought withing the first hour. For lunch or dinner outside, there are many restaurants nearby and surroundings are listed in the « activities » section of this site.

Your comfort

Your rooms are equipped with quality linen. Bed linen and towels are changed every two or three days; however, renewals are available upon request . The housework is daily. Soaps and shower gels are at your disposal. Laundry baskets in your bathroom receive your laundry. Do not hesitate to let the maids know of your washing request and recommendations.. Your shoes will be also cleaned if necessary. In general, the staff will be happy to answer your desires and needs.

Our equipments

The rooms are equipped with air conditioners and ventilators. There is a safe, small fridge, a kettle, a battery torch and an electric insect trap in the cupboard, as well as a hairdryer in the bathroom. Certain rooms, are equipped with television including Canal Sat channels. All rooms are equipped with Wi-fi. The establishment has a generator in case of long term disruption of the local public network. We also have a laundry service for daily comfort.

The room service

Breakfast is served in room at the hour that best suits you. Breakfast, lunch and dinners can also be arranged on your terrace. Hot or cold drinks, fruits and all your other needs will be delivered to you. You may also ask to our staff to make purchases at the shop nearby.

The swimming pool

An infinity pool of 13m long and 5m wide is at the use of our customers. Beach towels are provided in the rooms. The depth of this swimming pool varies from 0,90 m to 1.60m. Children under 10 years must be accompanied by an adult as well as those who cannot swim.

The garden and the beach

Our tropical garden shelters a large and diverse arrangement of trees, shrubs, flowers, and fruits of which some are endemic. Many birds and insects amaze our customers. A source of observation for the natural amateurs! You can reach the great beach of the West after walking a 10 to 15 minutes and crossing the village of « Cocotiers ». At low tide you will observe the fishing on foot practices by the villagers.

The massage

In Madagascar, the massage which is a part of everyday life is considered a preventive or repair therapy. Doctors occasionally prescribe sessions to relieve various problems. We have a quality relaxing massage with essential oils that is dispensed to you in your room.

Transfers and travel

Transfers A/R between the airport and Mahita Tsara can be arranged with us. It is the same from the port of « Hell Ville ». We can book a rental car for you throught our partners which will be available at the airport. We also have a free and guarded parking.
